Great Interview. Sean was also an Elite level cyclist 20 years ago in South Africa and a very tough bike rider. In the 1992 Allied Tour (A professional 6 day cycling tour through the Garden Route), Sean was involved in a horrific crash on the first day that saw him loose masses of skin. He “soldiered on” through weeping bandages to finish the tour, and was acknowledged by many of the riders as a very hard man. This mental toughness has obviously been with Sean Temple for years and is essential, in a fitness trainer of this caliber. My respect and admiration to a positive role model an leader.
